We are a family owned and operated farm just outside of Charleston, South Carolina. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a certification from the AWA (American Wagyu Association) and business with some of Charleston finest award-winning chefs. The Wagyu you will find on our farm are 100% pureblooded (AWA certified), producing only the finest marbled cuts of choice beef. We raise these Wagyu as naturally as possible, that means no unnecessary use of steroids, antibiotics, or growth enhancers. And we actively seek to use the most humane farming practices to keep our cattle happy and healthy, that means room to roam through our pastures and proper animal care whenever necessary.
