Cooking Tips
To get the most from your Wagyu Filet Mignon, we recommend you follow these cooking tips. First, make sure you preheat your grill or skillet before you add in the meat. Also, grease the surface using butter or olive oil. Your cooking time will vary depending on the doneness level you prefer but you should aim for around 3 minutes per side for rare. If you prefer medium rare, aim for 4 minutes per side.

Investing in a good meat thermometer is the best way to ensure you don't overcook the Filet Mignon. Just remember to pull it before hitting the final internal temperature as it will finish cooking as it rests.

On our farm we raise our Wagyu as naturally as possible, meaning we don't use steroids, antibiotics, or growth enhancers unnecessarily. We also strive to keep our Wagyu happy and healthy by using only the most humane farming practices. These humane practices include giving them the room they need to roam, as well as providing proper care when necessary. All of this produces the healthiest beef you can buy and enjoy online.
