Each of the steaks are hand-trimmed, giving you the perfect cut of meat to enjoy that's easy to prepare on your grill or sear on your stove.

Cooking Tips
As with any cut of beef, you should make sure you let your steak reach room temperature before cooking it. A good marinade is also a nice way to bring out the flavor of the steak but isn't required if you prefer salt and pepper. Just remember to season both sides of the steak before you cook it on your grill or stove.
Another good tip to follow is to let the meat rest before you begin eating it. This allows the steak to finish cooking and gives the juice time to redistribute evenly throughout the meat. Both of these provide you with a more tender and juicer final result.

A Healthy Alternative
Wagyu is considered one of the healthiest beef choices on the market due to its high monounsaturated fat content, similar to what you should find in nuts and plant-based oils. The monounsaturated fat in our Wagyu Ribeye Steak melts easily, saturating the beef throughout. Our family-owned and operated farm is located just outside of Charleston, South Carolina. Through our commitment to quality we've earned a certification from the American Wagyu Association (AWA) as well as business with some of Charleston's top award-winning chefs. Because all of the Wagyu cattle on our farm are 100% pureblooded and AWA certificed, we produce only the finest marbled cuts of beef available for purchase.

By avoiding any unnecessary use of steroids, growth enhancers, or antibiotics, we raise our Wagyu as naturally as possible. We also keep each of our cattle healthy and happy by using only the most humane farming practices available. These practices include giving the cattle room to roam throughout our pastures, as well as providing proper care when necessary. All of this means you end up with the most tender and delicious cuts of Wagyu beef available online.
