You have a couple of different options when it comes to cooking the Flat Iron Steak depending on if you want to cook in a skillet or a grill. You can cut the Wagyu beef into smaller pieces or place the whole cut of meat in a skillet to sear and cook. Alternatively, you could prepare the full Wagyu Flat Iron Steak on the grill.
No matter which method you choose you should marinate it before you start cooking it so you soften the muscle fibers. Make sure you use a medium-high heat when grilling to avoid getting a finished product with a tough texture. We raise the Wagyu as naturally as possible, meaning no unnecessary use of steroids, antibiotics, or growth enhancers. We also keep our cattle happy and healthy by using the most humane farming practices. This includes giving them room to roam through our pastures and providing proper care when necessary which results in some of the healthiest beef you can buy.
